PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

Le directeur principal, Administration des comptes de détail, travaillera en collaboration avec le vice-président, Opérations de détail Amérique du Nord, en tant que " chefs d'orchestre ", dirigeant l'équipe de gestion des commandes et s'associant avec les partenaires de la planification de la demande et de l'approvisionnement, des ventes, de la distribution et des 3PL afin d'obtenir des résultats tant au niveau du chiffre d'affaires que des bénéfices, tout en dépassant les attentes des clients. De plus, ce dirigeant incarnera et mettra en œuvre la philosophie de SharkNinja, qui consiste à " éliminer de manière obsessionnelle les inefficacités " dans chaque processus et chaque projet afin d'obtenir des résultats de classe mondiale.

Plus précisément, le directeur principal, Administration des comptes de détail, aura pour mission :
  • De collaborer étroitement avec des partenaires interfonctionnels à l'exécution mensuelle du processus " Order to Cash " (de la commande à l'encaissement) pour les comptes qui lui sont attribués.
  • D'embaucher, de former et de superviser les meilleurs associés en gestion des commandes, chargés de traiter avec précision les commandes afin d'atteindre les objectifs OTIF et les indicateurs de cycle de vie des commandes.
  • Prendre l'initiative d'identifier les risques, puis d'élaborer et de mettre en œuvre des plans d'atténuation.
  • Développer les collaborateurs, les processus et les outils de gestion des commandes tout en créant des opportunités de développement et d'évolution de carrière.
  • Promouvoir les améliorations et la normalisation afin d'éliminer les inefficacités dans les comptes détaillants attribués.
  • Prendre en charge des projets opérationnels supplémentaires à la demande et collaborer avec les responsables d'autres unités commerciales afin de favoriser les améliorations opérationnelles.
  • Faire preuve d'une capacité à réfléchir de manière proactive et à trouver des solutions et des résultats de manière indépendante.
  • Créer, développer et présenter des mises à jour et des résumés exécutifs à la direction sur les projets, programmes ou initiatives (PowerPoint).

ÉDUCATION ET EXPÉRIENCE :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Manager, Retail Account Administration is a critical member of the Operations team and key advocate of operational strategies needed to deliver growth for both retail and direct fulfillment businesses. This individual will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategies that will ensure 98% on-time and in-full delivery to customers at the lowest possible cost. The Senior Manager, Retail Account Administration will work in conjunction with the Vice President, Retail Operations North America as "orchestra leaders", leading the order management team and partnering with and influencing Demand and Supply Planning, Sales, Distribution, and 3PL partners to deliver both top and bottom-line results while exceeding customer expectations. Additionally, this leader will embody and drive the SharkNinja ethos to "maniacally eliminate inefficiencies" in every process and every project delivering world-class results.
The ideal candidate is a progressive manager who is recognized for their management skills, operational excellence, communication, and interpersonal skills. They employ a leadership style that fosters collaboration and demonstrate a track record of outstanding results.
Specifically, the Senior Manager, Retail Account Administration will:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners on executing monthly Order to Cash for assigned accounts
  • Hire, train, and oversee best-in-class order management associates responsible for accurately processing orders to achieve OTIF and Order LifeCycle metrics.
  • Take the lead on identifying risks and subsequently developing and executing mitigation plans.
  • Develop Order Management associates, processes, and tools while building opportunities for career development and growth.
  • Drive improvements and standardization to eliminate inefficiencies across assigned retailer accounts.
  • Take on additional operations projects as requested and partner with leaders in other business units to drive operational improvements.
  • Show the ability to think proactively and independently drive solutions and results.
  • Create, develop, and present status updates and executive summaries to Upper Management on projects, programs, or initiatives (PowerPoint).

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • A university degree; preferably Commerce or business-related field
  • 8+ years of experience coaching and leading a team
  • 10+ years of experience working in retail or wholesale environments
  • Project management experience considered an asset
