 A propos du poste :

Le candidat sélectionné travaillera au sein de l’équipe de développement de pilotes de cartes électroniques et de protocoles de communication. Il  sera responsable du développement, de la maintenance et du suivi des tests automatisés utilisés dans le cadre de la validation continue des différentes fonctionnalités développées par l’équipe. 

La personne retenue travaillera en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe et aura l’occasion d'acquérir des connaissances sur plusieurs protocoles de communication (IEC 61850, Modbus, CAN, DNP3, C37.118, ARINC 429, IEEE 1588, PROFINET, etc.) ainsi que sur des technologies de pointe telles que les FPGA, Linux et MATLAB/Simulink.  

Le poste comprend également une composante pratique impliquant des manipulations matérielles afin de reproduire et d’analyser des problèmes signalés par différentes équipes (installation de cartes électroniques, remplacement de processeurs, mesures électriques à l’aide d’un oscilloscope, etc.). 

Responsabilités principales :

• Développer et maintenir des tests automatisés dans un environnement d’intégration continue (45 %). 

• Reproduire, analyser et documenter des problèmes en effectuant les manipulations matérielles et logicielles requises (30 %). 

• Surveiller, analyser et stabiliser les tests automatisés afin d’en assurer la fiabilité (15 %). 

• Proposer et mettre en œuvre des améliorations aux outils et infrastructures de test (10 %). 

Exigences :

• Scolarité : Baccalauréat en génie électrique, informatique ou logiciel. 

• Connaissances requises : Python, Linux, Jenkins, Groovy, Git/GitLab, scripts Shell, outils d’IA appliqués au développement logiciel. 

• Atouts importants : MATLAB/Simulink, JIRA, FPGA, protocoles de communication, développement de pilotes (drivers), architectures processeur. 

• Compétences linguistiques : Français fonctionnel. Des cours pourront être offerts au besoin afin de faciliter l’intégration. Bonne compréhension de l’anglais technique pour la consultation de documentation spécialisée. 

• Qualités recherchées : Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’analyse, sens de l’organisation, curiosité technique, capacité d’adaptation et aptitude au travail d’équipe.

 About the position :

The selected candidate will work within the electronic board driver and communication protocol development team. They will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and monitoring of automated tests used for the continuous validation of the various features developed by the team.

The selected candidate will work closely with team members and will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of several communication protocols (IEC 61850, Modbus, CAN, DNP3, C37.118, ARINC 429, IEEE 1588, PROFINET, etc.) as well as cutting-edge technologies such as FPGAs, Linux, and MATLAB/Simulink.

The position also includes a hands-on component involving hardware manipulation to reproduce and analyze issues reported by different teams (installation of electronic boards, processor replacement, electrical measurements using an oscilloscope, etc.).

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests in a continuous integration environment (45%).

• Reproduce, analyze, and document issues by performing the required hardware and software manipulations (30%).

• Monitor, analyze, and stabilize automated tests to ensure their reliability (15%).

• Propose and implement improvements to testing tools and infrastructure (10%).

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree student in electrical, computer, or software engineering.

• Required Knowledge: Python, Linux, Jenkins, Groovy, Git/GitLab, Shell scripting, AI tools applied to software development.

• Important Assets: MATLAB/Simulink, JIRA, FPGA, communication protocols, driver development, processor architectures.

• Language Skills: Functional French. Courses may be offered as needed to facilitate integration. Good understanding of technical English for consulting specialized documentation.
