Skills And Attributes
- Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience in QA
- Minimum of 4-6 yrs in MS Dynamics QA
- Extensive CRM Microsoft D365 testing experience for enterprise level implementations
- CRM Microsoft D365 experience in testing entity customization, form design, views, business process flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, workflow
- The ideal candidate will be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Quality Analyst with a strong testing background and proven ability to coordinate a diverse team of testers
- Experience in the entire Dynamics CRM Dynamics technology stack or CRM On-line is ideal
- The candidate should be proficient in various modules of CRM and testing tools
- Microsoft Dynamics Tester Mandatory Skills
- Demonstrated technical and analyst skills on prior Microsoft CRM Dynamics projects
- Experience with Team Foundation Server and/ or HP Quality Center
- Has experience creating strategic level test plans, use cases and test plans, to support the full testing lifecycle of a CRM based project
- Has experience planning and coordinating various testing activities (Functional, Regression, Data, integration, end to end, UAT, etc) across multiple teams
- Experienced with coordinating defects across teams (application, data, integration, etc)
- Has a technical and functional understanding of Microsoft CRM Dynamics
- Has good business analysis skills and is able to work with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive business requirements validation
- Must be able to coordinate testing planning and execution activities across the Client program teams, working with various vendors and stakeholders
- Must have experience creating test strategies, plans and scripts
- Must have hands-on experience with designing and executing Test scripts
- Must have excellent leadership and coordination skills
- Must be able to create end-to-end testing strategies across multiple systems/platforms including: MSFT Dynamics, multiple integrations with others systems/applications
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related experience
- Experience with MS Azure ADO for testing and quality
- Any CRM QA certification is a good to have requirement.
