Define your future at CrowdStrike.
The Role

As a global leader in cybersecurity, CrowdStrike protects the people, processes and technologies that drive modern organizations. Since 2011, our mission hasn’t changed — we’re here to stop breaches, and we’ve redefined modern security with the world’s most advanced AI-native platform. Our customers span all industries, and they count on CrowdStrike to keep their businesses running, their communities safe and their lives moving forward. We’re also a mission-driven company. We cultivate a culture that gives every CrowdStriker both the flexibility and autonomy to own their careers. We’re always looking to add talented CrowdStrikers to the team who have limitless passion, a relentless focus on innovation and a fanatical commitment to our customers, our community and each other. Ready to join a mission that matters? The future of cybersecurity starts with you.

About the Role:
CrowdStrike is a dynamic security company dedicated to safeguarding an array of global clients, including federal agencies and regulated industries, against cybersecurity threats. We're expanding our team with technical project managers who excel at managing complex cybersecurity challenges while ensuring strict compliance with government and industry regulations.

The Mission:
As a Technical Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the cybersecurity team, whose outcomes are measured by three key strategic objectives:

(1) Stop breaches;
(2) Enable secure growth in new markets, including global, federal and regulated sectors;
(3) Develop resilient, scalable operations aligned with compliance requirements and business objectives.

Our TPMs thrive on the adrenaline of constant change – finding FUN in dynamic security and compliance-focused projects that push boundaries, challenge timelines and constantly evolve.
The successful candidate will be a poised, strategic leader who brings both vision and hands-on drive to critical security focused projects in our fast-paced environment, with a strong awareness of regulatory frameworks.  This role calls for someone who proactively shapes direction rather than waiting for instructions – you’ll anticipate needs, identify opportunities and tactfully guide solutions from the start.  You’ll excel at building relationships while keeping teams energized and moving forward, combining business insight with project expertise to guide initiatives.  You’ll use your interpersonal skills and technical awareness to deliver results on high-priority projects, even when timelines are tight and deadlines shift.
The ideal candidate understands that impact comes in many forms – from leading complex strategic initiatives to providing valuable tactical support that further enables progress toward objectives.  Being a true servant leader, you’re comfortable and effective working with our most senior leaders and the newest individual contributors with equal professionalism and enthusiasm.

What You'll Do:

  • Project Leadership and Coordination

  • Lead complex security initiatives across Threat Detection, Security Architecture, Engineering, and Compliance workstreams

  • Coordinate with SMEs to ensure project deliverables meet security and compliance objectives

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between security teams, engineering, compliance specialists, and IT operations subject matter experts (SMEs)

  • Track and report project progress to stakeholders at all levels

Resource and Timeline Management

  • Partner with security SMEs to develop effective project schedules and resource plans

  • Identify and manage dependencies across security workstreams

  • Build and maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with security objectives

  • Coordinate and balance resource schedules within portfolios of adjacent security initiatives

Process Optimization and Stakeholder Management

  • Support SMEs in continuous improvement of security and compliance processes

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders with on-time status updates

  • Create and maintain innovative and rapid project communications for various security initiatives ensuring crisp written documentation and executive presence

  • Ensure effective handoffs between security, engineering, and compliance teams

Risk and Issue Management

  • Track project risks and coordinate mitigation strategies with relevant SMEs

  • Identify, manage, and communicate project issues with recommended actions to stakeholders

  • Proactively identify and analyze project risks and potential conflicts across wider portfolios

  • Support audit and assessment preparation through effective project coordination

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with significant exposure to compliance initiatives

  • Strong understanding of FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, C5, ISMAP and other global cyber certifications

  • Real-time experience managing audit processes and remediation efforts

  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams in regulated environments

  • Excellence in risk management and compliance documentation

  • Strong technical background in cloud security and compliance controls

Bonus Points:

  • US Public IT Sector regulatory experience: FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, etc.

  • Federal security clearance

  • Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, or similar

Experience with:

  • Team leadership and technical problem solving

  • Government contracting and procurement processes

  • Multiple compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, CMMC)

  • GRC platforms and automation tools

  • Third-party risk management

  • Continuous monitoring programs
