Core One is seeking a Targeter for a small, specialized contract in support of an IC customer. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• D​​​​​emonstrate proficiency in manipulating various classified and open-source databases in support of the client's mandate to collect and acquire Foreign Intelligence
• Collaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in support of operations against priority targets
• Identify targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations through the exploitation of classified and open-source databases
• Evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, drive operations through written products and briefings, and empower core collectors by producing detailed targeting packages
• Review operational traffic for intelligence leads
• Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives
• Engage operational components within the customer organization to address targeting requirements and develop new leads for operational exploitation
• Conduct detailed searches on items of operational interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Minimum of three years of traditional HUMINT targeting/desk support in the Sponsor’s space
• Experience identifying valid threat targets across various mission AORs and conducting all-source target analysis using multiple tools and databases; minimum of one year experience with IC targeting tools
• Ability to communicate results of targeting efforts in various message formats, including through the preparation of detailed targeting packages.
• Must be a self-starter
• Must be familiar with the Sponsor’s messaging system
• Candidates should have a strong record of achievement in the US intelligence community

Desired Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in accounting, business, economics or finance (preferred) or demonstrate strong understanding of global finance through experience or knowledge
• Demonstrated experience using customer messaging system
• Minimum of one year of experience working with foreign partners
• Minimum of one year of experience providing training or giving presentations to foreign partners
