Description
GCI is seeking a Senior-level Technical Targeter with a deep understanding of computer and mobile architecture to work in a demanding environment. Prior experience in both targeting and cyber topics is required with experience in network engineering preferred. Experience with project management and presentation will allow the candidate a strong start in this fast-paced, collaborative position.
Tasks:
- Support a variety of cyber programs with actionable recommendations
- Utilize multiple novel data sources and recognize critical information
- Present relevant findings to a variety of audiences
- Serve as coordinator between multiple stakeholders
Required Skills:
- Prior cyber and targeting experience
- Demonstrated success using customer tools
- Demonstrated experience parsing relevant data and making actionable recommendations
- Continued experience coordinating with a variety of stakeholders and creating strong networks
Desired Skills:
- Foreign language familiarity: Mandarin, Russian, Farsi
- Experience identifying critical information to inform recommendations
- Ability to leverage multiple sources including documentation
- Demonstrated experience working on technical projects with minimal direction
Education Requirement
- BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
