Sr. Lead Systems Integrator

General Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with the technical products and services we provide
• Quickly understanding business needs and translate these needs into technical solutions
• Conducting analysis, gaining support and driving solutions through influence and negotiation
• Actively solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements
• Assimilate information and requirements from a variety of sources into one comprehensive view
• Very strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal IT, third party vendors, and business partners
• Able to learn & analyze complex, interconnected business processes / systems
• Translate requirements into technical specifications for core IT teams to reach viable solutions
• Manage multiple tasks / projects in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Focus on quality, resilience and performance of provided technologies and services
• Identify technical obstacles early and work closely with teams to find creative solutions
• Educate team members (including BAs, Scrum Masters and Product Owners) on capabilities and constraints of our technology platforms and those of our partners.
• Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams

Basic Qualifications

• At least 5 years of systems integration experience
• At least 2 years of experience with Business Analysis

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of systems integration experience
• 3+ years of experience with Process Management
• 3+ years of experience with SQL or Relational Databases
