Senior Compliance Specialist

The Role
As a Compliance Specialist, you will provide support to the Quality and Compliance function in varying areas including: supporting customer audits, performing internal audits, managing postal audit responses, supplier management, and quality system administration.
What You’ll Do
- Support quality assurance unit oversight and activities across product lines
- Provide support for hosting customer audits
- Perform internal audits and supplier audits
- Coordinate customer postal audits
- Document review
- QMS system administration
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a regulated quality role
- Knowledge of GXP regulations and quality systems
- Proactive readiness activities with internal partners and external customers
- Delivers effective and strong documentation to support compliance and certification audits.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience of engaging culturally diverse groups
- Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities on tight deadlines.
Nice to Have
- Understanding of principles of computer system validation
- Understanding of best practices in information security and risk management
