What does a great SCORE Champion do?
As a Fiserv Associate, we will train you on how to properly aggregate and schedule work to make the most efficient batches to support multiple departments. Work will be scheduled based on priority status and machine criteria to ensure production goals while meeting delivery date commitments.
Rotating 1st Shift Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Schedule; 7:00AM-7:00PM

Rotating 3rd Shift Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Schedule; 7:00PM-7:00AM
As a SCORE Champion, you can look forward to:
- Monitoring requests on jobs needing to be expedited and moving them to the front of the line
- Collating paperwork into job packets and forwarding to appropriate department for handling
- Processing all unplanned job orders within appropriate inventory system for picking of material and expediting to correct department
- Scheduling work by priority status, machine criteria, due date, and other factors to meet commitments
- Working with associates in team effort to further company goals concerning efficiency, safety, quality and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
- 12+ months Production Experience in High-Speed Operation or similar
- Proven ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Basic computer skills (data entry, PC navigation)
- Ability to stand 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 30 pounds
- Strong mechanical aptitude and time management
Preferred Qualifications for Consideration:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Use of basic math skills
- A team player that works well with others but can also work independently
