This position supports building data packages used for instructor led training courses. Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, customer focus, good planning, organizing skills, and high quality standards desired.Position Responsibilities:

• Building Supported System Data to meet learning requirements
• Training Account Creation and Administration for job role requirements
• Weekly re-staging of time sensitive Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPLN) data
• Manage 9 training environments in coordination with Information Technology (IT)
• Address customer issues and troubleshoot with customer and IT
• Management of team SharePoint
• Monitoring group mailbox

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience working with the ERPLN application
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking virtual environment
• Experience in positions where meticulous attention to detail, accuracy and quality was paramount

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience in Product Data Management (PDM)
• Experience with Enovia software
• Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Experience working directly with manufacturing engineering, design engineering & PLM tools
• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing or IT related field preferred
