Essential Functions: * Complete Vendors access requests within agreed upon service levels.

* Maintain the business role work book.

* Responsible for assisting with inquiries regarding the vendor log in process.

* Maintain accuracy of the agent vendor directory.

* Run monthly financial reports.

* Partners with IT for creation of business roles.

* Manages the onboarding new hire and termination access process for call center operations.

* Creates and maintains necessary tracking/coordination of spreadsheets and administers department programs.

* Responsible for assisting with AEP communications and meeting.

* Performs quarterly audits of agents profile/business roles with vendor login administrators.

* Conduct and lead monthly meetings with vendor access representatives.

* Maintain and update Login Administrator training deck. Additional Responsibilities:
