Broadridge is hiring an Exchange Senior Administrator to design, build, and implement new messaging solutions with minimum impact to the existing infrastructure. In this role you will:
- Perform research and work with vendors on proof of concept, engineering, architecture, and vendor pricing.
- Work closely with Broadridge management on messaging solutions to assist them in finalizing best decisions.
- Monitor organizational and functional adherence to IT Messaging policies and procedures when addressing risk management.
- Lead discussions and answer complex questions regarding cross-functional IT policies and standards.
- Contribute to the establishment and use of best practices in IT policies, standards and procedures
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of the Ironport technology
- Extensive knowledge of Proofpoint, architecture and design
- Strong messaging background in large environments in a Financial Company that is familiar with SEC Rule 17-4a
- Attention to detail when designing, building, and implementing new messaging solutions
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfort advising higher management
- Ability to work with Legal and Compliance Departments
- Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise and research solutions
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Extensive knowledge of IronPort's
- Exchange in the cloud, O365
Salary Range: $140,000 to $150,000 Annual
