Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their requirements for cyber security solutions, specifically in the areas of GRC, VMS, and Cloud Security.
- Participate in proposal development, scoping, and sizing of technical solutions for clients.
- Assist in the deployment of related projects and provide expert consultation on the deployment process and progress as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for solution deployments.
- Facilitate technical enablement for clients, empowering them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
- Offer post-sales support services for corrective and preventive maintenance when needed.
Requirements
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
- A positive working attitude.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- A passion for information security.
- Interest in using existing analytical tools or technologies to improve security processes or enhance user experience.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT security.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Vulnerability Management Systems (VMS), or Cloud Security.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting.
- Familiarity with industry-recognized analysis frameworks such as Kill Chain, Diamond Model, NIST Response, etc.
- Knowledge of information security technologies, cyber threat actors, cyber-crimes, and fraudulent activities targeting various industries.
