Job Description:

The Cybersecurity Automation & Continuous Compliance Analyst supports TD SYNNEX's continuous compliance program through automation, AI, integrations, and data-driven control monitoring.

This role focuses on building automated solutions that improve visibility into cybersecurity controls protecting critical business operations.

The successful candidate will leverage APIs, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), AI technologies, and workflow automation to reduce manual compliance activities, improve reporting, and enable continuous monitoring of security controls.

This position is ideal for a technically focused professional with experience in cloud platforms, automation, integrations, and cybersecurity.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop integrations between cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, asset management, and governance platforms.

  • Build automated solutions that collect, validate, and report on cybersecurity control effectiveness.

  • Utilize APIs, workflow automation tools, and AI capabilities to reduce manual compliance activities.

  • Support implementation of continuous control monitoring across critical business and technology environments.

  • Assist with development of dashboards, metrics, and reporting that provide visibility into cybersecurity risk and control performance.

  • Review cloud and Infrastructure as Code deployments for alignment with cybersecurity requirements.

  • Work with engineering and cybersecurity teams to identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.

  • Support the organization's revenue-focused risk management and continuous compliance strategy.

  • Performs other additional duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficient in English (level B2 or higher) required.

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, platform engineering, or a related technical discipline.

  • Experience developing integrations using APIs and web services.

  • Experience with scripting and automation using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, or CloudFormation.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity controls and risk management concepts.

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

  • Increase automation of cybersecurity compliance activities.

  • Expand continuous monitoring coverage across critical environments.

  • Improve visibility into cybersecurity control effectiveness through metrics and dashboards.
