Responsibilities
This is an Operational role. This encompasses building and monitoring systems, including conducting both proactive and reactive maintenance, implementing configuration changes where required, and documenting all system-related activities.
Requirements
Essential
- Have a good understanding of networking protocols and common services such as HTTP(s), DNS etc.
- Have excellent troubleshooting skills and experience.
- Good documentation skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Process-driven and Analytical.
Desirable
- Have existing or Studying towards certifications Cybersecurity related.
- Linux & Windows experience.
- Experience Networking and routers/switches.
- Have a passion for, or desire to learn or work in the cybersecurity field.
- Familiar with SIEM platforms beneficial.
