- 4–6 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Strong expertise in the installation, configuration, administration, and upgrade of CyberArk components, including:
- Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP)
- Credential Provider (CP)
- Central Credential Provider (CCP)
- Conjur
- Secrets Hub
- Enterprise Password Vault (EPV)
- Experience managing high availability (HA), disaster recovery (DR), infrastructure patching, upgrades, and network management for CyberArk environments.
- Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts, including:
- Credential Vaulting
- Password Management
- Privileged Session Management
- Secret Management
- API Integration and Configuration
- Credential Vaulting
- Ability to understand customer requirements, including customized integration scenarios, and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience configuring Load Balancers for PSM and CCP components.
- Good understanding of CyberArk Privilege Cloud (PCloud) architecture, components, and environment setup.
- Experience with CyberArk Identity solutions and deployment of advanced modules such as:
- Workforce Password Management (WPM)
- Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA)
- Secure Cloud Access (SCA)
- Secure Web Sessions (SWS)
- Workforce Password Management (WPM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience integrating Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and SIEM platforms with CyberArk PAM.
- Hands-on experience integrating Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions such as SailPoint and Saviynt with CyberArk.
- Strong working knowledge of LDAP, SQL, Windows Server, Linux, and enterprise directory services.
- Experience with enterprise security technologies, including:
- Active Directory (AD)
- DNS
- Microsoft Exchange
- Firewalls
- VPN Gateways
- Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
- Proxy Servers
- Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)
- Active Directory (AD)
- CyberArk certifications are highly preferred, including:
- CyberArk Defender
- CyberArk Sentry
- CDE PAM
- CDE CPC
