In 2022 ESET has launched global Corporate Solutions Division, dedicated to support large companies and public institutions with bespoke cyber security solutions.
As part of this effort, Corporate Solution division is scaling up its advisory services, and specifically the cyber threat intelligence (CTI) domain that advises our corporate clients. We are looking for an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager to deliver CTI services to our global clients.
In this role, you will advise our clients in CTI area, a tailored service that we provide using our proprietary threat intelligence. Your activities will embrace a work for large corporate clients across different industries and high-profile state agencies dealing with threat intelligence.
You will closely cooperate with clients personnel to deliver ESET CTI service and lead the client briefings. On the internal side, you will also closely cooperate with ESET core research team to gather the insides and data needed.
Expect that you will work on versatile projects, across various industries and type of clients, reflecting expansion of Corporate Solution division and boost in CTI Advisory services.
Corporate Solutions Advisory Services are integral part of ESET effort to position itself as a trusted cyber security partner and vendor-of-choice, building on ESET unique technologies and over 30 years of experience
Your responsibilities:
- Translate technical threat intelligence findings into actionable business insights, including risk assessments, threat landscape analysis, and strategic recommendations
- Conduct client profiling to understand client CTI needs and need for tailoring
- Establish and maintain Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs) aligned with organizational risk tolerance and business objectives
- Coordinate with client technology teams to integrate threat intelligence platforms, STIX/TAXII feeds, and automated intelligence sharing capabilities
- Benchmark organizational security posture against industry standards and peer organizations using threat intelligence data
- Align threat intelligence initiatives with Industry Framework requirements
- Provide client briefings and detailing on specific APT groups and TTPs used, leveraging ESET proprietary ESET research and intelligence
- Independently conduct client briefings for respective client stakeholders (client TI professionals as well as other relevant client stakeholders)
- Ensure client intelligence requirements remain current and responsive to evolving threat landscapes and business priorities
- Build and maintain relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their CTI needs in context of client environment and identifying opportunities to expand program value and organizational impact
- Cooperate with ESET core research to gather / detail the TI data / reports needed for client service delivery
- Extract relevant client value from ESET data sources and reports to match tailored interest / requirements to be delivered under custom CTI services
- Review available OSINT data to complement and contextualize TI service for the client
- Provide cyber resilience recommendations based on gathered data (ESET TI, ESET reports, OSINT)
- Perform other work on projects and tasks as directed by direct supervisor
What are our requirements?
8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with minimum 5 years focused on threat intelligence operations and management
Proven track record in customer-facing roles within cybersecurity
Proven experience in conducting client briefings
Deep knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework, STIX/TAXII standards, and threat intelligence platforms
Proficiency with threat hunting methodologies, intelligence analysis techniques, and structured analytic techniques
Experience with SIEM systems, threat intelligence feeds, and security orchestration platforms
Understanding of NIST Cybersecurity Framework and compliance requirements integration with threat intelligence
Familiarity with threat intelligence sharing communities, ISACs, and government threat sharing initiatives
Background in incident response, digital forensics, or security operations is an advantage
International experience or knowledge of global threat landscapes and geopolitical cyber threats
Strong communication abilities to present complex technical concepts also to less technical audiences (incl. executives)
Ability work in smaller and agile team of TI experts and consultants aiming to deliver real client value in TI
Security Clearance: Depending on client requirements and organizational partnerships, candidates may need to obtain or maintain government security clearances
Result oriented with can-do attitude
