  • Strong cyber security risk management experience within complex operational environments
  • Excellent self-management and self-motivation skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritise effectively
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving cyber security outcomes across multiple teams
  • Operational technology (OT) experience desirable
  • Ability to meet Security Clearance requirements

To be appointed to this role, you will need to meet the criteria for Security Clearance (SC), which will ordinarily require you to have been resident in the UK for the last five years.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading the development and implementation of operational cyber security arrangements for Hinkley Point C
  • Establishing security controls, standards and processes to support the station's transition into operations
  • Managing cyber security risks and ensuring effective mitigation strategies are in place
  • Providing leadership, guidance and oversight for cyber security activities across the site
  • Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to support operational readiness and regulatory compliance
  • Supporting the protection of critical operational and industrial control systems
  • Driving continuous improvement in cyber security capability, governance and culture
