Cyber Risks Broking Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Specialties Broking team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

 We will count on you to:

• Integrate the Cyber team performing analysis and advising clients on risks and insurances;  
• Focus on client management and markets related to cyber risks and insurances;
• Assess and audit organizations on cyber risks;
• Design, submit to markets and negotiate insurance programs;
• Maintain a continuous and strategic contact with the insurance market.

 What you need to have: 

• A degree or master’s degree in engineering, information systems, law or other relevant field;
• Solid knowledge on cyber risks, data privacy, cybersecurity or cyber insurances;
• Critical thinking and the ability to manage priorities;
• Advanced English and Portuguese proficiency;
• Advanced proficiency working with Msc Office;
• Team working skills.

What makes you stand out?

• Experience and know-how regarding cyber risks;
• Technical and regulatory background within the cyber space (eg. NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2, AI Act, DORA);
• GDPR, Data Privacy know-how;
• Fluency in other languages;
• Experience in negotiating and working with risk, insurance and complex claims.
