Position Overview

We are seeking a Cyber Operations Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the offensive cyber implant program.

  • Liaison and Reporting

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required #qinetiqclearedjob
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification and/or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Certified Project Manager (CPM).
  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on offensive operations, penetration testing, or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of managing cybersecurity teams and projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to oversee complex cybersecurity projects.
  • Proficient in cybersecurity technologies and methodologies, including penetration testing, threat modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, necessary for report writing, presenting, and liaising with various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's or PhD).
