Job Description
We are currently looking for a highly skilled Cyber Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating intelligence derived from open-source data to support our organization's cybersecurity efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in intelligence analysis, with a particular focus on open-source data. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize large amounts of information into actionable insights. This is a challenging and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's intelligence capabilities.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:
- Collecting and analyzing data from open sources such as social media, news articles, and public records, as well as identifying and assessing potential threats and risks from open-source information; conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations for mitigating potential threats;
- Preparing detailed reports and briefings for senior management and other stakeholders;
- Monitoring and tracking emerging trends and developments in the field of OSINT;
- Developing and maintaining a network of sources and contacts for information gathering, while collaborating with national cybersecurity and intelligence authorities to provide comprehensive reports and briefings to support decision-making processes;
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all intelligence activities;
- Assisting in the development and implementation of intelligence policies and procedures;
- Using specialized tools and software to enhance data collection and analysis;
- Preparing and delivering presentations on intelligence findings to various audiences.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as IT, computer science, criminal justice, or international relations;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis, with a focus on open-source data and familiarity with legal and ethical standards in intelligence activities;
- Experience conducting risk assessments and threat analysis;
- Knowledge of the global geopolitical landscape and its impact on cybersecurity;
- Understanding of cyber threats, threat actors, and dark web operations;
- Ability to define problems, establish facts, and include appropriate team members in decision-making to draw valid conclusions;
- Creativity and ability to approach problems from multiple perspectives;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
