Job Details
Reporting to the Director - Architecture, this role is a key member of the team and bring business analysis skills to a variety of technology projects covering all aspects of the organization. These projects may include capital investment, new product or service launches, new systems or processes, and implementations across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:

• leads business requirements gathering for small - mid-size technology projects / enhancements and ensures that all functional and non-functional requirements have been documented accurately.
• Ensures that solutions presented meet the business intent.
• Ensure that all testing scripts are available, and a testing timeline has been agreed.
• Ensures that all global regions have provided relevant input into the proposed project solutions, prior to development, to ensure the new solution will not inadvertently break any local regulatory requirements.

Work experience:

• 5+ years experience in a similar role or professional services, ideally in a relevant sector - i.e. logistics or technology leadership.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline ideal.

Skills and knowledge:

• Strong interpersonal skills, strong verbal, and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations.
• Ability to collaborate with global resources to understand, document and discuss new proposed enhancements to processes and systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements to the IT teams and work closely with them to ensure technical solutions met the business requirements.
• Ability to collaborate and understand IT proposed solutions.
• Problem-solving ability to implement relevant solutions to situational problems or changes.
• Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas
• Strong teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to learning, both face-to-face and remotely
• Organisational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives
• Good time-keeping skills and the ability to multitask to enable you to effectively manage multiple simultaneous issues
• Proactive, enthusiastic and innovative approach to work
• Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards etc.
• Strong data acumen
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Excel required.
• Self-motivated.
• Team oriented and able to work cross functionally.
• Ability to translate complex technical messages to a non-technical audience.
