CX Strategic Projects and Programs Specialist

Office hybrid in San Francisco

The CX Strategic Projects and Programs Specialist contributes to team effectiveness and success by managing key initiatives across the org. These initiatives are aligned with our team V2MOM and are designed to increase efficiency, enable high performance, and support the team’s efforts to deliver excellent content experiences.

While the specific projects and programs the specialist manages will vary year to year, based on CX team priorities, they might include

  • Developing an end-to-end process for ensuring that our CX Confluence space remains a comprehensive, reliable, useful source of truth for the info team members rely on to do their jobs

  • Investigating options for using automation—such as Slack workflows and apps—to streamline and simplify essential but time-consuming tasks, such as creating GUS work items

  • Creating templates, standards, and best practices for team-wide communications such as the Scoop newsletter, canvases for CX Slack channels, slide decks for team-wide meetings, etc.

  • Collaborating on info-gathering opportunities such as listening sessions, team surveys, and polls to better understand team needs; collaborating on follow-up projects based on the results of these inputs

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience with project/program management in a professional setting

  • Experience with project management tools and practices such as developing project plans, setting schedules and deadlines, and tracking and managing tasks and deliverables

  • At least 1 year of experience working in technical documentation or a closely related field

  • Proven ability to efficiently manage the intake of projects and tasks, prioritize work, and maintain an accurate backlog

  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience with Slack (including workflows/automations, canvas, and lists), Google Suite programs, and Confluence

  • Proven ability to work effectively with a wide range of collaborators and stakeholders

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $88,800 to $122,100.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
