Background
We are transforming customer journeys to accelerate growth and elevate the overall customer experience. This role establishes the divisional benchmark for journey design and commercial excellence discipline, while scaling best practices across Business Units and the broader marketing and sales organization.
As our CX & Marketing Conversion Lead, you will define journey stages, diagnostics, and actionable strategies; oversee lead management and sales handoffs; and scale proven methodologies. You will lead the design and execution of key marketing activations for the Energy Division and provide commercial guidance to divisional, BU, and sales marketing teams. You will take ownership of end-to-end journey architecture and commercial performance, orchestrating cross-functional teams to eliminate friction, drive lead growth and conversion, and enhance velocity and win rates.
Priority Areas & Responsibilities for this role include:
1) CX Strategy, Journey & Funnel Architecture
- Overall funnel strategy responsible, securing that marketing activities align with growth targets
- Securing that our CX priorities are aligned with key customer insights
- Content strategy, secure that content production aligns with funnel strategy
- Define stages, entry/exit criteria and diagnostics
- Prioritize fixes; assign accountable owners, timelines and drive improvement
2) Commercial Excellence & Enablement
- Secure commercial discipline for lead & opportunity management
- Work with sales organization to document and scale best practices
- Partner with sales to identify areas where marketing can provide valuable insights & analytics
- Create value propositions with industry & product managers
- Align with Sales on, routing, and qualification; run win/loss reviews
- Build implementation playbooks
3) Scale & Governance
- Run quarterly journey reviews
- Stand-up sessions and QA for priority areas
- Leveraging data and results in journey design
This position is based in Lund and will report to the Energy Division Head of Marketing & Commercial Excellence
Who You Are
You are a commercially driven marketeer who seamlessly combines CX expertise, commercial insights, data governance, and hands-on execution. As a systems thinker, you set high standards and empower colleagues to build and scale high-performing sales and marketing funnels. A natural cross-functional influencer, you excel at orchestrating platforms, customer experience and funnels, commercial analytics, sales/CRM to drive measurable impact.
What You Bring (Qualifications & Experience)
- Master’s/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Information Systems, Data/Analytics/Service design, or similar
- 5+ years in CX/funnel/commercial roles in a B2B or B2C environment
- Evidence of journey architectures you’ve designed, scoring models you’ve tuned, and before/after impact on revenue metrics
- Proven results in Stage‑to‑stage conversion and speed uplift, higher pipeline lead quality and win rates
- Excellent English skills both written and spoken
