About the Role
The Energy Division is accelerating its growth agenda by transforming customer journeys and strengthening commercial performance across the business. As Commercial Excellence & Customer Experience (CX) Manager, you will play a key role in helping us create seamless customer experiences and turn market opportunities into measurable business results. Working across Business Units, Sales and Marketing, you will leverage customer insights, funnel analytics and commercial data to identify opportunities, improve conversion and drive customer engagement throughout the buying journey. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, leading initiatives that improve customer experience, strengthen commercial excellence and enable a more data-driven approach to growth across the division and sales companies.
Key Responsibilities for this role entail:
CX & Journey optimization
Drive continuous improvement of customer journeys across the commercial funnel
Translate customer insights data and feedback into actionable initiatives
Identify friction points, conversion barriers and growth opportunities across customer touchpoints
Facilitate customer journey reviews and drive follow-up on prioritized actions
Ensure content, campaigns and engagement activities support customer needs throughout the buying journey
Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, engagement and retention
Funnel performance & Commercial excellence
Monitor funnel performance, lead progression and conversion across the division
Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates and commercial effectiveness
Drive best practices for lead management and collaboration between Marketing and Sales
Partner with Business Units and Sales teams to support data-driven decision making and performance improvement
Support the implementation and scaling of commercial excellence methodologies and ways of working
Develop compelling value propositions together with product and business owners
Data, insights & continuous Improvement
Leverage CRM, marketing and commercial data to support fact-based decision making
Build visibility around customer, campaign and funnel performance through reporting and analytics
Translate data into recommendations that drive growth and improve customer experience
Share best practices and support capability building across the division & sales companies
Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders on customer experience, conversion and growth
Who You Are
You are a commercially minded with a passion for customer experience, growth and data-driven decision making.
You enjoy turning insights into action and thrive in a collaborative environment where marketing, sales and business priorities intersect. With a strong analytical mindset and a hands-on approach, you are comfortable challenging the status quo, influencing stakeholders and driving meaningful improvements across customer journeys and commercial processes.
Most importantly, you are motivated by creating measurable impact — for customers and for the business.
What You Know
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Service Design, Information Systems or a related field
+3 years of experience within customer experience, commercial excellence, growth marketing, analytics or related disciplines
Experience from consulting, agency environments, international organizations or sales companies is considered an advantage
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
Experience working with CRM platforms, customer data and marketing performance measurement
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken

Skills Required
- Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Service Design, or similar
- 5+ years in CX, funnel, or commercial roles in B2B or B2C environments
- Proven evidence of journey architectures designed and scoring models tuned with measurable revenue impact
- Demonstrated results improving stage-to-stage conversion, pipeline quality, velocity, and win rates
- Excellent written and spoken English
