The Opportunity:   

As an Training Facilitator-Graphic Design, you will ensure that we provide the best experience available to our customers by training the team responsible for accurate and timely information on our website and internal information system. You will be responsible for preparing and facilitating learning sessions for Vivid Seat’s new hires, incumbents, and management staff in person and/or virtual setting. This also includes providing learning and/or preparing/sending materials to our offshore BPO agents.   

How your role contributes to the success of Vivid Seats:  

  • Create a positive, fun, and motivating learning environment to enhance employee performance and ensure our team remains passionate about staying on top of sports, concert, and theater event information. 
  • Be a subject matter expert for mapping processes - able to explain how they work, and the why behind it as well. 
  • Document of existing and new processes for both Mapping Operations and Graphic Mapping.    
  • Continuously seek ongoing feedback and keep lines of communication open to classroom participants, peers, and management team; modifies sessions as needed. 
  • Consistently monitor and assess performance trends and identify specific skills/gaps to ensure learning objectives are exceeded. 
  • Provide feedback and make recommendations regarding the procedures and practices appropriate to improving learning. 
  • Partner in the development and maintenance of learning content.  
  • Spread cross-functional understanding of the Mapping Organization.   

 

How your role expectations will progress as an Training Facilitator-Graphic Design, in the first 30, 60, and 90 days:  
 
30 days in 

  • Acclimate to team and company norms, business objectives, and Vivid Seats values.  
  • Understand company performance metrics and values.  
  • Become knowledgeable in learning materials. 
  • Gain proficiency in needs/gap analysis. 

 

60 days in 

  • Contribute to our approaches, methods, or technologies to support overall business goals and drive team efficiencies. 
  • Maintain, harvest, and aid internal and external relationships to achieve progress and advance objectives. 
  • Build, maintain, and leverage internal and external relationships to achieve progress and advance objectives.  
  • Independently facilitate departmental learning and administer knowledge assessments. 

90 days in 

  • Apply methods to execute individual tasks that positively impact the team. 
  • Play an active role in continued learnings to advance skill sets necessary for team goals. 
  • Ingrained as a key player of the team who runs autonomously throughout day-to-day responsibilities. 
  • Design and implement process improvements that positively impact the team.  
  • Identify gaps and opportunities within classroom learning sessions. 
  • Drive process improvements on content and overall learning methodologies. 
  • Exhibit expert level understanding of all learning material. 

What You’ll Bring:  

  • Candidate must demonstrate an impeccable attention to detail and be able to identify and analyze industry trends 
  • Working knowledge of Adobe suite with a focus on Illustrator and photoshop required. 
  • Proven ability to aid in the learning of others 
  • You’re excited to create efficiency and process enhancements 
  • Effective presentation, written and spoken communication skills across various audiences and at all levels of management 
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative and multi-disciplinary environment 
  • High energy to keep the learners engaged while managing class time 
  • Ability to use questions effectively to draw out key learning concepts 
  • Knowledge about learning concepts and theories and ability to apply them effectively in the classroom environment is strongly preferred 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and similar applications 
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time  

Work Schedule: 

  • Monday – Friday, 8:30-5:00pm. Also needs to be able to flex 2nd shift hours when we have new hire training.  
  • When not training new hires, work will be hybrid. 3 in office days, 2 remote days
