Your team:
The Cross & Retail ATL team at Sisal Italy drives the business growth across all customer touchpoints. The team works at the intersection of data analytics, promotional strategy, and cross-channel coordination to optimize the customer experience across both online and retail channels
Your role:
As a Cross & Retail ATL Intern, you will contribute to the creation of growth plans by supporting the development of commercial initiatives and cross-channel communication activities. You will also support the analysis of performance data and competitor insights to identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement.
What you’ll do:
Monitor cross-selling, engagement and business performance across online and retail touchpoints. Supporting the team in transforming insights into actionable recommendations
Support the setup, optimization, and continuous improvement of ATL promotions, with a primary focus on Bonus Wheel mechanics and Retail market
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify promotional trends, market opportunities, and areas of differentiation
Contribute to innovation initiatives by collaborating with different teams and technical stakeholders to evolve functionalities and user experience
What you’ll bring:
University degree in Economics, Marketing, Management, Statistics, or related fields
Previous internship or academic experience in data analysis, marketing, or CRM is a plus
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret performance metrics and extract insights
Effective communication, with fluency in both Italian and English, with the ability to interface across teams.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Passion for the gaming industry, with a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
