Job Purpose & Responsibilities
Responsible for conducting analyses to subscriber base metrics & CVM campaigns. Core responsibilities of CVM analyst include:
Gathering data from various sources including databases, big data platforms, spreadsheets, and other systems
Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that help in taking informed business decisions
Generate regular reports on customer metrics, including acquisition, retention, churn, ARPU etc.
Monitor CVM campaigns/KPI’s and investigate anomalies through timely investigations
Propose creation of advanced analytics & data science based models for increasing customer engagement & revenue
Proactively answer business questions from management and other stakeholders
Collaborate with commercial teams to design and execute targeted campaigns aimed at customer retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
Identify ways to increase revenue through identifying Up-sell/Cross-Sell opportunities
Doing Pre & Post analysis of campaigns & product launches
Create deep dive trackers for all stages of customer lifecycle i.e. New sale, stock base, Churn etc.
Job Specific Skills
Hands on experience in SQL, R/Python & other programming languages is preferable
Hands on experience in BI visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, Power BI & Qlik is preferable
Knowledge of ETL, Data warehousing, Cloud & Big data technologies
Knowledge of Machine learning & Data Science will be a plus
Knowledge of campaign management tools & CRM will be a plus
