Job Description
- Working as part of a large transition program to onboard major superannuation funds
- Working with key stakeholders across all value streams to plan for the cutover event as well as the client and alliance partners
- Facilitate solutioning workshops for cutover-specific challenges
- Execute the cutover approach: plan and coordinate the dress rehearsal, obtain and adopt lessons learned from previous events, and manage readiness for go-live
- Develop the cutover master runsheet (including the lead-in period, cutover, and post cutover tasks)
- Oversee the cutover period by facilitating multi-daily status updates, issue management, and status reports
- Plan and handover to 'Hypercare' and work with the client and multiple alliance partners to support this period
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in similar project management roles within the Superannuation industry (preferred) or within the broader financial services industry
- Experience managing cutover activities within the Superannuation industry (preferred) or within the broader financial services industry
- Strong governance skills and exemplary client-facing/stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with adopting relevant project management/implementation management software and related tools including the Atlassian suite
- Experience with complex multi-vendor programs or projects
