What you will do:
As a Customer Value Management (CVM) Specialist, you will play a key role in driving customer value growth and retention through data-driven initiatives and personalized campaigns. You will be responsible for streamlining campaign operations, identifying opportunities for value generation, and collaborating closely with internal teams to enhance customer engagement and lifetime value.
Your day-to-day:

  • Develop and implement customer value management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
  • Streamline the end-to end campaign process – from planning, segmentation and execution to reporting and optimization
  • Ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency of all CVM campaigns across channels
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, marketing, product, and data teams to align efforts and deliver measurable KPIs regarding our campaigns and value growth activities
  • Work closely with actuarial, finance and product teams to translate insights into actionable value propositions
  • Support customer experience initiatives through coordinated retention, churn prevention and engagement projects  
  • Present performance results and strategic recommendations to management and key stakeholders using the CRM and analytical tools to track KPIs and assess ROI of implemented actions  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer value management, CRM or customer experience ideally within insurance or financial services
  • Experience of using CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical, financial and commercial acumen with ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer retention and value optimization \
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and Presentations
  • Fluency in both, English and Greek
