  • Plan and execute in-person user groups to build and strengthen the customer community across Spanish-speaking Americas.
  • Onboard new customers by leveraging expertise in Supply Chain Design and Planning (SCDP) to define success metrics and value journeys.
  • Support the broader Digital program in partnership with the Digital Customer Value Manager.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering an exceptional customer experience, advocating for customers internally at Coupa, and coordinating the right resources at the right time.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • Overall 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of domain expertise in supply chain design and/or planning. Preference for direct experience with LLamasoft/Coupa SCDP or similar technologies.
  • Customer and client management experience preferred, gained through consulting, BPO environments, or supply chain SaaS software/solutions.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and apply effective influencing strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams across internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50%, with a valid U.S. visa.

Coupa complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding equal opportunity and offers a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
