What You'll Do:
- Facilitate workshops with named customers to align on goals and develop initiative roadmaps and enablement plans; track progress through regular business reviews.
- Lead monthly customer check-ins to maintain alignment, share product enhancements and events, and recruit customers for events and advocacy activities.
- Plan and execute in-person user groups to build and strengthen the customer community across Spanish-speaking Americas.
- Onboard new customers by leveraging expertise in Supply Chain Design and Planning (SCDP) to define success metrics and value journeys.
- Support the broader Digital program in partnership with the Digital Customer Value Manager.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering an exceptional customer experience, advocating for customers internally at Coupa, and coordinating the right resources at the right time.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
- Overall 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years of domain expertise in supply chain design and/or planning. Preference for direct experience with LLamasoft/Coupa SCDP or similar technologies.
- Customer and client management experience preferred, gained through consulting, BPO environments, or supply chain SaaS software/solutions.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English; Portuguese fluency is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and apply effective influencing strategies.
- Strong project management skills, including leading cross-functional teams across internal stakeholders, customers, and third-party partners.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 50%, with a valid U.S. visa.
