Overview:
The Mastercard Cross-Border Services team is looking for a Customer Technical Services Analyst II to drive our customer experience strategy forward, by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and professional with excellent communication skills.
Working Arrangements:
• The team provides 24/7 Global support in a Rotational Shift arrangement with 3 Shift timings (including Public Holidays and Weekends) as shown below:
Morning Shift: 6am - 3pm;
Mid-day shift: 12pm - 9pm
Night shift: 9pm - 6am
• This is a hybrid working arrangement which involves 3 days working in office; 2 days working from home.
• Shift schedule will be rotated every 3 monthly basis.
• Working Location: Ortigas Center, Pasig
The Role:
• Provide timely response to inquiries, requests, and complaints to customers using different mediums such as voice, chat and email.
• Serves as a technical resource to assist with the resolution of customer inquiries; collaborating with more senior resources to ensure complete and prompt response
• Supports testing as well as process improvements efforts with the voice of the customer in mind.
• Review customer issue logs and assists with resolution development, escalating issues that require more advanced knowledge.
• Coordinate with relevant department/s to provide resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Provide remote technical support via remote.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
• Dedication and commitment to problems resolving.
• Provide support coverage on a rotational basis to ensure 24/7 availability.
All About You:
• Experience in a client technical support role in a contact center environment working on email, chats, voice call and ticket support.
• Experience reading API logs is a must.
• Experience with tools such as Salesforce would be advantageous.
• Passion for technology with good aptitude for learning.
• Result oriented, Self-Driven, Analytical, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Handle customer queries and escalated issues from the customer.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to identify critical and priority issues, and proactively reprioritize daily tasks as needed.
• Ability to professionally communicate both written and verbal with different functional areas and external customers.
• can work well under pressure.
• Self-motivated individual who works successfully, ethically, and cooperatively in a team atmosphere
