Mission:
The Customer Synthesis SW and Modules Specialist will operate under the Global Planning Department and reporting to the global Function Manager within a global framework, ensuring dedicated focus on North America.
Contribute to transversal Infotainment and Platform Software activities, including inputs on ADAS, HMI, and NA-specific software and ASC modules. Capture and escalate NA market needs, regulatory constraints, and customer expectations into global processes. Act as NA representative, ensuring alignment between regional execution and global strategy, and support clear communication of NA inputs to global stakeholders..
Responsibilities:
- Act as NA interface for global SW & Infotainment, ensuring alignment between regional execution and global roadmap.
- Oversee implementation of global features in NA programs, managing compliance and regional deviations.
- Consolidate NA inputs (regulatory, customer, technical risks) for global prioritization.
- Track deployment status, KPIs, and feature maturity vs global targets, driving corrective actions.
- Coordinate NA ADAS validation activities and ensure structured feedback into global development cycles.
Support:
- Support the CPIT building (target setting phase) by providing NA inputs and data, under Global Function coordination
- Support the convergence of transversal topics at regional level (e.g. diversity, target alignment), ensuring consistency with global guidelines and decisions
- Contribute to the Performance Contract (PPC) preparation, supporting Global Function and interacting with NA Program Managers for data consolidation and follow-up
- Support the organization and execution of regional test drives (including ADAS), in alignment with global validation plans and objectives
- Support Global Function in monitoring milestone readiness (e.g. SFM) by providing regional status, risks, and mitigation inputs

Contribute / Active Participation:
- Participate in CPIT workshops and convergence reviews (no decision authority)
- Participate in post-launch reviews and continuous improvement loops

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive software, connectivity, infotainment, or ADAS within global program environments.
- Proven experience in cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration.
- Very Good knowledge of ADAS, Infotainment, and software modules.
- Experience with HMI/UX and customer-centric feature development.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with North America market (regulatory, customer, ecosystem)
- Knowledge of software architecture
- Background in Software-defined vehicle (SDV), connected services, or OTA
- International or multi-cultural team experience
- Exposure to data analytics or in-field performance monitoring
