Key responsibilities of position (Job Description)
Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for standard orders, from order acceptance through to invoicing (including order fulfillment, equipment/parts ordering, technical coordination, cost monitoring, warehousing, and shipping)
Handle order booking and preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping activities, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
Provide customer support throughout the order lifecycle, including order status updates and delivery date communication
Maintain and monitor backlog and Work-in-Progress (WIP) to ensure operational efficiency
Manage and resolve customer claims and related administrative tasks
Provide logistics support, including coordination of shipment and delivery processes
Requirements / Qualification
Relevant experience of 3+ years in order handling and customer support (preferred)
Experience with iScala, CRM, or ERP systems preferred
Experience in e-commerce (internal or external platforms) or equivalent working experience
Strong agility, decision-making skills, and proactive result-driven mindset
Demonstrated strengths in customer focus, collaboration, networking, and continuous learning
Intermediate level proficiency in both written and spoken English
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent preferred
