This crucial shift role involves providing exceptional service to cardholders, resolving complex queries, and contributing to essential fraud monitoring.

As a Customer Support Representative you will be responsible for:
- Service to cardholders during night
- Resolution of queries via calls and/or emails
- Fraud Monitoring
- Other various tasks
- Previous experience in a customer facing role or education in related field
- Experience in the payment industry – Preferred
- Excellent customer-service and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and disciplined work methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Icelandic
