The role designed for you
In your role as Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of our Customer Care team based in Milan and you will bring your contribution in achieving the company sales target, providing an excellent level of customer service to our current clients in the Italian market.
- You will perform sales orders in our ERP system (SAP), from entry to dispatch.
- You will enter requests for offer for Special customized products in our ERP
- You will manage sample requests in our ERP.
- You will organize shipments to customers, track orders to delivery, address post-sale shipping issues and strive for continuous improvement of OTD (On Time Delivery) metric.
- You will be the assigned point of reference for your group of Sales Agents, supporting them in managing customer requests.
- You will guarantee a high-level customer experience, understanding and supporting customer needs and requirements.
- You will perform reactive Cross-selling activity to the client when requested product is not available.
- You will Follow up with clients with missed payments, while processing orders.
- You will be in charge of updating client-specific price lists.
The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:
- You have 4+ years of experience in Customer Service or Commercial Back Office roles, preferably in B2B sector.
- You are resilient and goal oriented, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are reliable, flexible and great with people.
- You have a strong customer orientation.
- You have good knowledge of Excel.
- You have good knowledge of SAP.
- You are fluent in Italian and English
