What you will be responsible for:

    • Answer questions in the ticket system (Zendesk), community, or other online platforms; guide user communication to solve customer problems efficiently and improve satisfaction.
    • Process user KYC work orders, stay updated on the company's latest compliance policies. Ensure that customer KYC are handled in a timely and effective manner.
    • Actively support sales-related work, including product listing, product inventory management, and creating product links for key customers.
    • Maintain VIP and other customer relationships, including but not limited to: creating exclusive product links, building strong relationships with users, and enhancing customer loyalty.
    • Analyze product and process issues based on user experience and feedback. Summarize customer needs weekly, propose improvement plans, and optimize service and business processes.
    • Collaborate with other business teams. Prepare SOPs to support business development and drive process optimization and standardization.
    • Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

    How you will stand out:

    • Bachelor's degree or above.
    • Hard Skills: Proficient in English communication and Office Software.
    • Soft Skills: Good communication skills, clear and professional communication with different users and situations, user-centric, strong service awareness and a collaborative mindset.
    • Strong organizational  skills, with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
