What we are looking for:

To support us on our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience department. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exemplary customer support, delivering outstanding customer experience, as well as the opportunity to drive revenue through your interactions. Additional responsibilities included below.  

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely resolutions
  • Assist customers in navigating our products, services, and online platforms
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Provide product information and benefits to potential customers, converting inquiries into sales, and passing them on to the respective department
  • Stay up to date on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
  • Collaborate with the sales and product teams to enhance product knowledge and effectively communicate value propositions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and relevant metrics 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Very strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, can-do attitude, and exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • Easy to work with
  • Sense of urgency
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Support or Sales roles is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales-related software
  • Fluency in English and another language are required (Spanish, Portuguese, French)
  • Ability to work evening shift (11-8pm)

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity with technology-related products is a plus
  • Experience in a similar industry
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing business requirements
