We are seeking for

Customer Support Specialist

to join our Business Services team in Tartu, Estonia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly respond to customer inquiries through our Customer Support various support channels (e-mail, webform cases), ensuring compliance with service-level agreements

  • Handle flight booking modifications, cancellations, upgrades etc. in Amadeus & Salesforce platforms, ensuring the best possible outcomes for customers within company guidelines

  • Accurately process refund requests for customers in accordance with the airline's policies, ensuring timely reimbursement for canceled flights, ticket modifications, service disruptions etc.

  • Handle compensation claims for customers affected by flight delays, cancellations, or other service failures, following applicable legal and company guidelines

  • Enhance processes via Continuous Improvement.

You will succeed in this role if you are:

  • Comfortable in the customer relations area

  • Open to an innovative work environment, interested in improving your work processes and willing to participate in related activities

  • Able to learn new programs and navigate easily through information

  • A true team player who can involve others, provide support when needed and take responsibility for your own tasks

  • Have good communication skills

  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Estonian, a basic level of Finnish is beneficial

  • Previous Amadeus experience is beneficial.
