Job Description:

Within the group, Ormco is an orthodontics business, currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.

In this role you will be  responsible for providing customer service to dental professionals.

Please note that this role is fully office-based.

What is your role going to look like?

  • Together with your team you will be supporting Spanish speaking market.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for our clients and commercial teams.

  • Big part of your day will be order management- receiving, monitoring, and processing customer orders in Oracle (ERP).

  • You will also handle complaints or any other requests from our clients.

  • You can expect receiving requests primarily via email (CRM) or phone.

Job Requirements:

What will you bring?

  • Native level of Spanish and fluent level of English language (C1).

  • Customer centric approach.

  • Good communication skills (efficient, friendly and positive).

  • Curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.

  • Dental experience will be an advantage.

  • Experience or ability to learn CRM and ERP tools.

  • Organizational skills and attention to details.
