In this role, you will make outbound calls to drivers on intercity rides when safety events occur, such as driver fatigue or speeding. You will guide them according to approved scripts and accurately document every interaction. You will also act as a bridge for feedback, forwarding insights to relevant departments.
The ideal candidate has excellent oral communication skills in both Russian and Kazakh, stays calm in sensitive conversations and handles high call volumes while keeping a polite and professional tone.
This is onsite job based in Almaty.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls to drivers about safety events on intercity rides (driver fatigue, speeding)
- Quickly and efficiently resolving issues and guiding drivers according to approved scripts
- Handling sensitive conversations calmly and professionally, including de-escalation
- Keeping records of each interaction in internal systems
- Updating case information in the CRM / admin panel
- Collecting feedback and recurring issues and forwarding them to relevant departments
- Working with high call volumes while maintaining quality standards
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Russian and Kazakh
- Ability to conduct dialogue politely and professionally
- Stress resistance and ability to stay focused during 12-hour shifts
- Ability to work with large volumes of information
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Proficiency in PC and basic office programs
- Skills in working with CRM systems and other specialized software
- Previous call center experience is a plus
