Summary Generated by Built In
We’re looking for an Internal Investigations Manager to join our team and take the lead on fraud investigations across our business.
You’ll run investigations end to end — from gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses to analysing what happened and presenting your findings. You’ll also look beyond individual cases to spot patterns, uncover control gaps, and help make our processes stronger.
If you’re naturally curious, highly objective, comfortable handling sensitive information, and not afraid to ask the uncomfortable questions — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end fraud investigations across countries, ensuring timely closure
  • Gather, preserve, and document digital and operational evidence in line with chain-of-custody best practices
  • Conduct structured interviews (in-person or video) with whistleblowers, witnesses, and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear, well-structured investigation reports and case summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Identify control gaps or process weaknesses through investigations and recommend remediation actions
  • Identify systemic fraud patterns and conduct root cause analysis on recurring case types, translating findings into actionable recommendation
  • Monitor implementation of controls across business units
  • Participate in cross-team collaboration and knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of investigation procedures, templates, and methodologies — including responsible use of AI for efficiency

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of investigation experience, including independently managing investigations end to end, from intake through evidence collection, interviews, analysis, and formal reporting.
  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Strong skills in evidence handling and chain of custody, structured interviewing and statement-taking, OSINT, link analysis and relationship mapping.
  • Experience with NUIX, Relativity, digital evidence handling, and data analytics.
  • Big 4 experience is preferred.
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification — nice to have.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills, with the ability to make sense of complex, incomplete, or contradictory information.
High standards of integrity, objectivity, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive interviews and communicate difficult findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Professional courage and attention to detail, with the ability to stand behind conclusions under pressure.
  • A drive to go beyond individual investigations by identifying systemic fraud patterns, control gaps, and root causes, and turning findings into actionable improvements.

About
inDrive is a global tech company on a mission to challenge injustice through fair choices.
