About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, assisting with their customs brokerage needs, and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.

What The Candidate Will Do

  • Assist clients with inquiries related to customs brokerage services, including documentation and shipment tracking.
  • Process import documentation in compliance with US Customs regulations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues and ensure timely processing of shipments.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide updates and status reports to clients regarding their shipments.
  • Stay informed about changes in customs regulations and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • 1-2 years of related employment experience 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of customs brokerage procedures is a plus. 0 –1 year experience
