We are seeking a passionate and tech-savvy Customer Support Specialist to join us. This role involves providing on-call support, managing and troubleshooting hardware and software, and supporting new customer launches. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience in a taproom or restaurant setting. They should be adaptable, self-driven, and ready to work odd hours. Experience with various operating systems and POS systems is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate.
Primary Responsibilities:
- On-call responsiveness to support inquiries, both virtually and in-person
- Managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware and software across sites
- Setting up and installing hardware
- Inputting data for client sites
- New customer launch support
- Public speaking skills / leading training sessions
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Researching alternative solutions for problems as they appear
- Creating templates to make communication more efficient
- Communicating technical details to users in layman’s terms
- Constantly seeking to improve
- Able to travel 10%
- Able to embrace new responsibilities
