The IT Support Speciailist will be responsible for managing IT operations for multiple locations in West Region.

The successful candidate will be tasked with installing and configuring hardware and software, managing network servers, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring security measures are in place, and providing technical support to employees. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively across multiple locations.

  • Manage IT operations for multiple warehouse locations in West Region.
  • Install and configure software and hardware, including servers, PCs, printers, CCTVs, Time-Punch systems, security access systems, switches, phones, internet, and other warehouse applications.
  • Manage network servers, technology tools, and inventory.
  • Set up accounts and workstations for employees.
  • Monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and outages, resolving them promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
  • Provide technical support at the network level, including WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security.
  • Implement and support remote access solutions, including VPN and Terminal Services.
  • Maintain system documentation and perform regular maintenance tasks.
  • Provide regional support for start-ups as needed for business expansion.
  • Manage purchase orders and process invoices for various vendors, working closely with the accounting/finance team.
  • Support the Human Resources team with related tasks, such as company events and volunteer events.
  • Perform other job-related duties as required.

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of relevant experience required
  • Keen knowledge of networking and computer systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proven intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Analytical with excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to exercises judgment within defined practices and policies to resolve issues
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to work additional hours outside of regularly scheduled business hours or weekend or holidays to meet business need when required
  • Ability to work in a team environment while delivering independent results
  • Ability to work in multicultural environment
  • Ability to travel ~10% to other warehouses: in Coppell, Grand Prairie, TX and others if needed

  • The position requires the ability to talk and hear while performing the duties of this job.
  • The position requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
  • The position requires dexterity to write and use computer keyboard and mouse.
  • This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products, materials and supplies, up to 50 pounds.
