Kickstart your career with Infobip’s Customer Support Internship!
Are you a final-year student (BA or MA) studying engineering, tech, applied sciences, or humane sciences? Do you love helping people and want to gain real work experience? Then this internship is for you!
Starting February 2026, join us for 6 months and become part of a global team supporting a platform that reaches 70% of the world’s population.

- Use your communication skills to help customers solve technical problems — no deep tech knowledge needed!

What makes you a strong fit
- Final-year undergrad (BA or MA) in engineering, technology, applied sciences, or human sciences
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
- Fluent in Croatian and English
- Available full-time in Zagreb, Vodnjan, or Rijeka on a student contract
- (Bonus) Knowledge of Polish, French or Spanish language (others too)

Internship timeline
- Application deadline (4th of January)
- CV screening & Interview with Talent Acquisition (During December & January)
- Recruitment task (home assignments) (During December & January)
- Interview with Hiring team and selection process feedback (January)
- Start of internship program (February 9th)
- Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (February 9th - 13th)

During my internship with the Customer Support team, I gained hands-on experience working with Infobip systems, including understanding SMS traffic, API requests and responses, webhooks, endpoints, as well as the operational dynamics of WhatsApp and Meta platforms. I would like to emphasize that whenever I encountered challenges beyond my current knowledge, I received strong support from my immediate team and the broader Customer Support department at Infobip.
