Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the government sector or B2G (Business-to-Government).
Familiarity with government procurement processes, contracts, and compliance requirements.
Strong understanding of RFQs, RFPs, and other government procurement methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. (should be fluent in English and Hindi)
High attention to detail and organizational skills for managing complex sales cycles.
Self-starter with a results-driven mind-sets.
Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and adapt to changing policies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address government-specific challenges.
