We are currently seeking motivated individuals fluent in Vietnamese and English to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. This role involves handling inbound calls, emails, and tickets to provide timely and effective assistance to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Moderate content in Thai and make sure all information is proper and accurate
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Keep detailed records of interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience.


Requirements


  • Fluent in Vietnamese.
  • Can use English verbally will be considered for the Team leader level
  • Can read and write in Thai
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred
