About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as MSO Processors. In this role, the Customer Support Administrator plays a crucial role in providing support to our MSO Processors. The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and solve problems. Success in this role will reduce cycle times, improve client satisfaction, and help to meet committed client expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Receive, sort, and scan incoming mail (Factory Invoices & MSO)
  • Process Returned mail
  • Update Element systems with MSO status data
  • Create Service Cloud cases for Dealer Network Team
  • Perform various clerical tasks (preparing reports, maintaining filings systems, organizing documents)
  • Manage shared team email box
  • Partner with other departments (ITR) to aid in smooth transition
  • Assist team members, to ensure we commit to client expectations.
  • Answering Service Cloud Cases (internal and external customers) - 90%+ On Target Time Closure Rate
  • Resolve issues to ensure positive customer experience

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED but, will take equivalent work experience.
  • 1 -2 years’ professional experience in office environment
  • 1- 3 years’ experience in a customer service professional role
  • 2-3 year of experience in fleet management and/or vendor management
  • MS Office – proficient in Excel and Word
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: College/University degree preferred.
  • Automotive industry experience highly desired

Compensation

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 - $64,350 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role. Element also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, tuition reimbursement, and retirement savings plans.
