Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve high-level satisfaction
- Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with clients and partners
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain record of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Plan to exceed expectations through a metrics driven performance standard. We want the best for you and for our clients!
Qualifications:
- Ability to consult with our clients via phone, text, chat, or email, conducting needs analysis and offering effective solutions
- Flexible schedule with availability to work some evenings/weekends
- CRM experience is preferred
- Previous experience in customer care and strong customer service orientation is preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines
