Client Manager - Complex/Large Clients
Associate Client Managers are integral members of our account management teams. The primary responsibilities of this role are supporting our Large Account team's various periodic projects/reports for clients and supporting the Team with the WTW systems/platforms. Additional responsibilities may include supporting all aspects of new and renewal business, marketing and remarketing process, and day-to-day servicing of accounts.

The Role
Associate Client Managers are responsible for providing timely, accurate, technical support to client decision makers. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- New Business Support: Account creation and detailing; information gathering
- Excellent time management skills
- Renewal Support: Information gathering; proposal draft; post-binding
- Policy document retrieval, processing, and delivery
- Maintain account management information in appropriate systems
- Certificate requests and inquiries
- Collaborate and communicate with the Network to process, invoice, deliver, and service globally placed US policies
- Coordinate billing based on client/carrier instructions and assist in collections as needed
- Gather necessary information to complete the Surplus Lines billing/filing process
- Ensure compliance with all Willis Towers Watson and regulatory procedures such as WEM, SOX, FATCA, surplus lines tax and country sanctions
The Requirements
- 0-3 Years of prior Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance knowledge or business administration experience
- Must successfully complete appropriate licensing exam(s) and/or maintain required licensing by completing various Continuing Education activities as needed. If already licensed, must be able to show valid confirmation of current status.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; foreign language skills a plus
- Demonstrated analytical ability, problem solving, and desk management skills
- Technological acumen to adapt to multitude of technology-based systems, including agency management software, Adobe PDF applications, Microsoft Office Suite, and proprietary applications
- Intermediate+ Microsoft Excel Skills
- Ability to work independently in a high-paced environment, yet maintaining attention to detail, process, and compliance
- Ability to collaborate with on-site and extended team members
- Able and willing to work a flexible work schedule as agreed
- Maintain performance to client service standards and/or metrics
